We are participating in an unprecedented global experience. The COVID-19 virus is presenting physical challenges and mental anxiety to our communities, families and businesses. With the increased calls by government for business closures and social distancing, we at Solutions Espresso Services are participating in the global solution. Although we are remaining available for those customers who are still operating, we are closing our business office and implementing the following procedures to maintain the health and wellness of our techs, admin staff, customers, and general public:
-Any team members that are experiencing cold or flu symptoms are instructed to stay home.
-Techincians will wash their hands upon entering a customers location and wear gloves during service calls. They will safely discard the gloves in exterior trash receptacles after each service call. They are carrying wipes and sanitizers in their vehicles, and cleaning their tools and devices throughout the day.
-The business office is closed to walk-in customers.
-We have increased our sanitation procedures in our workshop and offices.
-We are limiting in-office personnel to 1-2 people at a time, but maintaining a minimal presence for the purpose of receiving parts shipments and supporting technical efforts.
-We will be monitoring e-mails and voicemails remotely when no one is in the office.
-The Solutions Emergency Line is available to schedule service with or receive advice from on-call technicians (Call 888-505-0669, option#5.). (NOTE: The voicemail may say we are closed for the"holiday". This is a default message option that we may not be able to change.)
-Any customers already on the schedule will be called prior to technician arrival to confirm the appointment.
-Any customers who are on a Prepaid Preventative Maintenance Plan, can move scheduled services or extend the length of the plan due to business closure, without penalty or extra charges.
Lastly, due to the constantly evolving conditions, we are allowing any technicians who are compelled to stay home, due to family medical needs, family pressures, an abundance of caution, or any anxiety to stay home without employment repercussions. Therefore, response times may be delayed or not available at certain times and as the crisis evolves.
We want to thank everyone for their patronage and patience as we work together through this global crisis.
